Shishito Peppers
are mini, sweet-hot, thin-walled green peppers popular in Japan
mostly mild, but once in a while a hot one.
Wash. No need to seed or cut.
Heat a pan really hot and add olive oil
Turn on your fan or your smoke alarm might go off.
Add peppers. Stand back because splatter action will occur.
Fry up until charred a bit.
Add sea salt and enjoy immediately.
