Garlic Scape Pesto

One bag garlic scapes

2 TBS or so of walnut oil (or olive oil)

1/4 c. or so of parmesan cheese

whirl scapes in a food processor.  With motor running, add oil.  Add parmesan cheese to taste.   Enjoy.
